Turn left as to go over the Dam - (sign says “Beaver Dam 2 ˝ miles“) - Go app 6 miles to CR 113 (CR 113 is the first left turn after you cross the dam) - Turn left on CR 113 and go 1.5 (1 ˝) miles to Dam Site Loop - Turn left on Dam Site Loop and go .3 (3/10) of a mile to Del Lago Estates
Directions to Timber Ridge &Neadum Ridge From Eureka Springs, Arkansas - Take Hwy 23S to CR 108 (app 6 miles) - Turn right on CR 108 and go 4.2 miles to CR 152 - Turn right on CR 152 and go 1.7 miles - Turn right into Neadum Ridge - Go .3 miles further to TimberRidge on the left From Rogers, Arkansas - Take Hwy 12E to Hwy 23N - Turn left on Hwy 23N and go app. 5 miles to CR 108 - Turn left on CR 108 and continue as above
Directions to Odum Ridge & Summit Peaks From Eureka Springs, Arkansas - Take Hwy 23 S to CR 108 (app 6 miles) - Turn right on CR 108 and go 4.2 miles to CR 152 - Turn right on CR 152 and go 1.7 miles - Turn right into Odum Ridge - Go app .5 miles and turn left into Summit Peaks From Rogers, Arkansas - Take Hwy 12E to Hwy 23N - Turn left on Hwy 23N and go app. 5 miles to CR 108 - Turn left on CR 108 and go 4.2 miles to CR 152 Continue as above
